3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

4. Vehicle Listings

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their advertisements.

Listings must:

• Relate to a genuine Vauxhall vehicle

• State mileage, condition and specification honestly
• Not contain misleading or false information
• Comply with UK law

5. Listing Fees

Vehicle advertisements require payment before publication.

Listing packages are valid for the period selected during purchase.

Payment of a listing fee does not guarantee:

• Search engine rankings
• Any financial return

Listing fees pay only for the advertisement period purchased.

6. Payments

By purchasing a listing you agree to pay the advertised price, including any applicable taxes where required.

Prices may change without prior notice.

7. Refund Policy

Unless required by law, listing fees are non-refundable once a listing has been published.

Refunds may be considered where:

• Duplicate payments have been made
• A technical fault prevented publication
• We determine a refund is appropriate at our sole discretion

Removing a listing early or selling your vehicle before the listing expires does not entitle you to a refund.

8. Buying Vehicles

Buyers are responsible for carrying out their own checks before purchasing any vehicle.

We strongly recommend that buyers:

• Inspect the vehicle in person
• Verify ownership
• Obtain an independent vehicle history check
• Confirm mileage and service history
• Check outstanding finance where appropriate
• Never transfer money without appropriate precautions

Vauxhall Trader accepts no responsibility for transactions between buyers and sellers.

9. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers agree that:

Sellers must not advertise stolen, cloned or illegally modified vehicles.

Users should remain vigilant against scams and report suspicious behaviour immediately.

12. Intellectual Property

belongs to Vauxhall Trader unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of photographs and content you upload but grant Vauxhall Trader a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store and promote your listing while it is active and for reasonable archival purposes.

13. Website Availability

We aim to keep the Website available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may suspend or modify the Website for:

14. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability relating to any listing shall not exceed the amount paid for that listing.

No refund will normally be provided where an account is removed due to a breach of these Terms.
