Vauxhall Adam S 2015 Vauxhall Adam Grand Slam (Adam S 1.4 Turbo) – 103,000 Miles – MOT Until January 2027 For sale is my daughter’s 2015 Vauxhall Adam Grand Slam (Adam S 1.4 Turbo). I bought it for her as a Christmas present as we expected her to pass her driving test, but with her studies taking priority she still hasn’t completed her theory test, so we’ve decided to sell the car. This is a great-looking, sporty little hatchback that’s fun to drive and surprisingly affordable to insure. It has only covered around 1,000 miles since we bought it and is currently on approximately 103,000 miles . Mechanically, the car is in excellent condition with no known issues. It passed its MOT after having a new subframe fitted , with the work costing around £500 , so it’s in good mechanical order. The MOT is valid until January 2027 , giving the next owner plenty of worry-free motoring. Cosmetically, there are a couple of minor imperfections: Some lacquer peel on the front bumper. A small scratch on the rear quarter panel. These are purely cosmetic and wouldn’t cost a great deal to put right if you wanted the car looking immaculate. Insurance has also been very reasonable. My daughter, aged 21, was paying around £400 per year on a provisional licence, and her quote after passing her test was approximately £1,000 , which is excellent for a sporty 1.4 Turbo. Overall, this is a genuine, well-maintained car that’s ready to drive away and would make an ideal first car for someone looking for something a little more exciting than the average hatchback.
